For recruiters
Team and seats
Inviting teammates, role permissions, seat counts, and how multiple recruiters share a single Jobby.dev workspace.
Last updated
A team is a group of recruiters sharing a single Jobby.dev workspace, billing, and minute pool. Each teammate is a seat. Roles, events, candidates, and pipeline state are shared across the whole team.
Seats per plan
- Trial: 1 seat.
- Starter: 1 seat.
- Pro: up to 5 seats.
- Power Play: up to 25 seats. Need more? Contact sales.
Adding a seat beyond your plan's allowance prompts a plan upgrade. Removing a seat doesn't refund — billing settles at cycle end based on max seats used during the cycle.
Inviting teammates
From /account/team, invite by email. Each invite is a unique single-use link valid for 7 days. The teammate completes signup the same way as a fresh recruiter, but lands inside your workspace instead of creating their own.
Drive from an agent via jobbydev_team_invite — same single-use link generation, returned to the agent so it can ping the teammate via whatever channel makes sense (Slack, email).
Roles within a team
Two role types today:
- Admin. Manages billing, team membership, ATS credentials, and webhook subscriptions. Can do everything a recruiter can.
- Recruiter. Posts events, runs interviews, manages candidates. Cannot change billing or invite teammates.
The first signup on a workspace is the admin. Subsequent invites default to recruiter; admin can promote.
Shared state
Within a team, every teammate sees:
- The same roles and events.
- Each other's pipeline candidates (advanced, follow-up-async).
- Saved candidate lists.
- Aggregate analytics (team-level event throughput, candidate flow).
Each teammate sees their own queue position when running interviews — the matchmaker round-robins matches across whoever is free. Decline reasons are private to the recruiter who declined, but feed back into team-level matchmaker tuning.
Removing a teammate
Removing a teammate revokes their access immediately. Their saved candidates and pipeline assignments transfer to the admin until re-assigned. Past interview report cards stay attributed to them for audit purposes.
